A Safe and Engaging Place to Learn
Infants
At The Goddard School® of Alexandria (Old Town), our infant program provides a warm and nurturing environment where your child can explore and grow. Our experienced and caring teachers work closely with you to ensure that your child's individual needs are met. We offer daily communication about your child's activities, meals, and naps, as well as regular assessments to track their progress.
Toddlers
Our toddler program is designed to encourage exploration and discovery in a safe and engaging environment. Through play-based learning, our dedicated teachers help your child develop important skills such as communication, problem-solving, and socialization. We offer a variety of activities and experiences to meet the unique needs and interests of each child.
Preschool
At The Goddard School® of Alexandria (Old Town), our preschool program is focused on building a strong foundation for academic success. Our experienced and caring teachers use a play-based approach to help your child develop important skills such as literacy, math, and critical thinking. We also place a strong emphasis on social and emotional development, providing opportunities for your child to develop important social skills such as cooperation, empathy, and self-regulation.
Pre-K
Our pre-K program is designed to prepare your child for success in kindergarten and beyond. Through a combination of play-based learning and intentional instruction, our experienced teachers help your child develop important skills such as reading, writing, and problem-solving. We also place a strong emphasis on social and emotional development, providing opportunities for your child to develop important social skills such as leadership, teamwork, and self-confidence.
